Your happiness is our top priority. If you are unhappy for any reason with our product Lovisa will gladly:
• Replace the piece
• Exchange for a similar piece
• Provide a full refund
Refunds / Exchanges
Refunds & Exchanges are accepted for change of mind. Product for change of mind must be in original condition of purchase and unworn.
To Return Your Item:
Return the item/s and receipt to your local/most convenient store.
Return of Faulty Product:
You can return a faulty product to any of stores by taking in your product in for a full refund, exchange for the same style, or exchange for another product.
Gift Cards
The Lovisa gift card is redeemable at Lovisa stores in Australia and New Zealand only. The card is to be treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. It is not redeemable for cash, credit or retailer accounts.
The card must be redeemed before the expiry date. The gift card cannot be reloaded. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. Where the cost of your purchase exceeds the available card balance, you are required to make up the difference with another payment method. You are liable for all transactions on your card except when there has been fraud or negligence by us or our employees. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at anytime. Changes to Terms of Use will be available in-store. Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (General Contest Rules) shall be binding on you (and your guests where applicable) when entering any competitions operated by Lovisa Pty Ltd (Lovisa).
1.2 These General Contest Rules apply to all entrants in the Lovisa's '12 Days of Christmas' Facebook competition.
1.3 No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the ‘12 Days of Christmas' Facebook competition and copes of these Terms and Conditions are available on request from Lovisa (Please e-mail enquiries to online@lovisa.com.au)
1.4 Entry and participation in this competition shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of these Terms. All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the competition or the prizes form part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be a fan of Lovisa's official page on Facebook. Employees of Lovisa, their immediate families, press, agencies, sponsors and commercial partners or any other persons directly or indirectly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter any competition.
2.2 You must provide personal details as reasonably requested to do so by Lovisa. Refusal to comply will result in disqualification from the competition.
2.3 All decisions of Lovisa will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
2.4 All Facebook answers must be received by Lovisa by 11:59pm AEST at the end of each day for the respective competition. Answers will be entered automatically upon submission to the Lovisa Facebook page. No responsibility will be taken by Lovisa for any answers that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.
4. Prizes
4.1 All prizes will be posted to winners via Express Post within 2 weeks of the competition end date. Winners must provide Lovisa with an appropriate mailing address. If an address is not provided after 1 month from the date of the winning entry the unclaimed prize will be deemed null and void. It is the sole responsibility of winners to provide an appropriate mailing address. Lovisa accepts no liability for the safe and effective postal delivery of a prize.
4.2 Winners will be notified via personal message on Facebook.
4.3 Prizes are not transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
4.4 If the winner(s) a prize cannot be traced after all reasonable efforts having been made by Lovisa, then Lovisa may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so.
4.5 Entrants are liable for their costs to mobile or computer networks.
4.13 Lovisa reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
5. The Competition
5.1 Lovisa's ‘12 Days of Christmas' competition commences on Monday 13th December when the first post is made on the Lovisa Facebook page. The competition ends on Friday 24th December 11:59pm. There will be a winner each day of the competition and it will be announced the following day via Facebook.
5.2 The winner will win the Lovisa piece nominated on the particular day by Lovisa.
5.3 All entrants are required to be a fan of Lovisa on the Lovisa Facebook page and post a comment in relation to the product posted for each particular day of the competition be deemed a valid entry.
5.4 The winning comment for each day is the decision of Lovisa's judges is final and conclusive in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into. Each valid entry will be individually judged by representatives of Lovisa based on, among other things, creativity and relevance to the question posted for that day of the competition.
5.5 Lovisa may terminate the competition at any time at its absolute discretion. In the event of such termination, Lovisa may, at its absolute discretion, elect not to award any prize in respect of the terminated competition.
6. Exclusion of Liability
6.1 Lovisa is not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the competition or prizes, other than those costs and expenses specifically provided for in the prize (if any).
