A: At Lovisa we have a strict no-returns or exchange policy on any body piercing jewellery including earrings. This is in the interest of hygiene for other customers purchasing body piercing jewellery in store.

Q: Can I return my hair item?

A: At Lovisa we have a strict no-returns or exchanges policy on any hair items and/or accessories. This is in the interest of hygiene for other customers purchasing hair items in store.
Please note any hair items purchased before this policy had come into place are still able to be returned or exchanged, provided the item is still in original condition with tags attached, unworn and with proof of purchase. You can view if your hair item was purchased before the policy was introduced by checking the bottom of your receipt. If hair items are not included in the policy stated on your receipt then you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Q: Can exchange or refund Lovisa Jewellery if I change my mind?

A: If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind, Lovisa will gladly exchange or refund, provided that the item is in original condition, unworn and with tags still attached. In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or provide refunds for pierced earrings, packs containing earrings, body jewellery and hair accessories unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality.

Q: How do I return or exchange my Lovisa jewellery?

A: For your convenience, you may return or exchange any items purchased to your nearest Lovisa store in line with our in-store returns policy. The item must be in its original condition with proof of purchase provided.

Q: What do I do if I purchase a Lovisa Jewellery item that is faulty?

A: You may return a faulty product to any of our Lovisa stores in return for a full refund, a replacement, or a different product to the same value, in line with our in-store returns policy. For refund of a faulty item, proof of purchase if required.
