Due to COVID-19, there are delays on our current delivery timescales.
The unprecedented amount of orders received has unfortunately caused some delays. There are also limitations on fulfillment activity due to COVID-19 restrictions (team safety, social distancing & safe working spaces). We can assure you however, your order is very important to us and our team are working day and night to ensure all orders are picked, packed, and sent out.
To help us respond to your questions promptly, please only contact us if you haven't received your order within the specified timescale or you have not received shipping confirmation via email. We understand that delays in delivery, especially in current times can be incredibly frustrating.

We are offering piercing again in selected stores across Australia and New Zealand. Except for Melbourne Metropolitan and Mitchell Shire where the piercing service is temporarily suspend given the rapid spread of COVID-19.
