For in-store purchases, your item(s) can be returned to any store within the country of purchase. For purchases made online you can also return your item(s) to Lovisa store located in Australia or New Zealand, providing you have proof of purchase. Your refund will be processed over the phone to a valid credit card.

2. SUBMIT YOUR RETURN ONLINE AND PRINT YOUR SHIPPING LABEL

All returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once it is completed.
New Zealand customers we currently do not offer online returns. Please head to your local store with your proof of purchase.
