Gift Cards can only be purchased in-store. In-store purchased gift cards can be redeemed in-store or online and, only in the country of purchase.
Lovisa Gift Cards are to be treated like cash. Damaged, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. It is not redeemable for cash, credit or retailer accounts. Lovisa Gift Cards must be redeemed before the expiry date. The gift card cannot be reloaded. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.

e-Gift Cards (Australia & New Zealand Only)

You may purchase an e-Gift Card from anywhere in the world, provided the recipient has an Australian or New Zealand residential address.
Lovisa e-Gift Cards are emailed to your nominated email address and can be redeemed online or at any of our Australian store locations. Unfortunately, e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in New Zealand stores however can be used on our website.

Piercing e-Gift Cards

Piercing e-Gift cards can be redeemed in store within Australia only.
They are emailed to your nominated email address that will contain a card number, a 4 digit pin to use in store as well as your card's expiry date and value.
