      These were a lot harder to put in than I thought they would be, I thought they'd screw on in the back but it's the decorative part that screws on. Although once I got them in they were very comfortable to sleep in and look nice. One of them unscrewed while I was sleeping once but I also sleep-move/walk.

      Using as earrings

      I purchased two packs to wear as earrings. They work great to sleep comfortably in. Only four stars as it has two different types of stems in the pack which makes it trickier for me to manage. Otherwise great.
